About Us:
We are a dynamic prop tech company revolutionizing the home sales and rentals market. Our mission is to integrate cutting-edge AI into real estate technology, and we’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer with specialization in Generative AI and Machine Learning to lead the development of AI-driven products. This role merges software engineering excellence with advanced ML/GenAI innovation to deploy scalable solutions.
 

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engineering & AI Integration:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML systems, focusing on Generative AI (LLMs, GPT, BERT) and traditional ML models (NLP, CV).
• Architect robust backend services (APIs, microservices) to integrate AI/ML models into production systems.
• Optimize model performance, latency, and scalability (e.g., quantization, distillation, batch inference).

2. ML/DS Leadership:

• Lead end-to-end ML projects: from research (SOTA paper implementation) to deployment (CI/CD, MLOps).
• Implement monitoring for model performance (online/offline metrics) and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
• Mentor junior engineers on ML best practices and software design patterns.

3. Collaboration & Innovation:

• Partner with product teams to translate business needs into AI solutions (e.g., chatbots, recommendation systems).
• Stay ahead of industry trends in GenAI/ML and advocate for adoption of new tools (e.g., PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain).
• Champion engineering excellence through code reviews, QA frameworks, and scalable system design.

Qualifications:
1. Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years as a Software Engineer with 2+ years in ML/GenAI (e.g., LLMs, NLP, CV).
• Strong SWE fundamentals: Algorithms, distributed systems, and proficiency in Python (Java/C++ a plus).
• Production ML experience: Frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and deployment tools (Docker, FastAPI, Kubeflow).
• GenAI expertise: Fine-tuning LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and performance optimization.

2. Nice-to-Have:

• PhD/MS in CS/ML or publications in AI/ML.
• Experience with real estate/prop tech datasets (e.g., property listings, geospatial data).
• Familiarity with data engineering (Airflow, Spark) and MLOps (model monitoring, A/B testing).
