ADP is hiring a. Sr. Data Consultant, Business Intelligence

 

Location: Etobicoke, ON

 

As Sr. Data Consultant you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining solutions that provide support to ADP's internal clients, in particular to the areas of client retention and risk.

 

To be successful you will understand business problems and design solutions, will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.

Every day you'll work with multiple stakeholders to identify, design, develop and implement advanced analytics projects that track the consumer conversion funnel from start to end. You'll work with your team to provide, interpret, and predict necessary metrics for decision-making.

To thrive in this career, you should know how to identify errors and reactively fix them. You'll need to have some formal education in quantitative analytics and know design patterns and data structures. You have the skills to leverage existing models or create new models using the technologies above. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

  • You will be responsible for developing software solutions for ADP's internal clients related to client retention risk, client experience and loyalty programs.
  • You will complete monthly/weekly reports for senior leadership related to Clients Retention, Client Experience and Loyalty activities.
  • You will provide statistical and analytical reports ad hoc for business purposes.
  • You will plan, design, develop, test and implement solutions consistent with business objectives.
  • You will develop programs, package, test, configure and deploy solutions and Investigate and resolve solution issues as needed.
  • You will participate and collaborate with other stakeholders including security, quality assurance, training, hosting, and procurement.
  • You will act as an expert source of technology and application knowledge within their domain.
  • You will research, recommend, and introduce new technologies and new uses of existing technologies.
  • You will communicate with project stakeholders to ensure that they are informed on project activities and status.
  • You have 2-5 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
  • Proven working experience as a Data Insights Analyst or Business Data Analyst
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Databases
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, modeling, and statistical analysis
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI and Python would be an asset
