Job Description:

The position is responsible for conducting sophisticated Revenue Management and Pricing analyses for Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (HKDL)’s Merchandise business, both within the resort and out-of-berm locations, to drive incremental revenue. 
 

Responsibilities

• Compile weekly/monthly reports and Power BI dashboards to provide insights on revenue and related KPIs

• Develop detailed revenue projections for Long Term Plan, Annual Operating Plan and periodic Forecasts

• Support business partners to provide revenue projections and support the development of new product ideas and/or initiatives

• Formulate pricing strategies for annual and ad-hoc price changes, that are supported by price benchmarking and analyses

• Develop predictive demand and revenue models and measurement methodologies to forecast performances of promotions and initiate appropriate recommendations

• Support the product set-up of various profit generating initiatives before launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Statistics, Math, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.               

• At least 4 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, revenue forecast. Experience in retail industry would be advantageous. Applicants with less experience or outstanding fresh graduates in a relevant degree may be considered as Associate Analyst.

• Solid business acumen, strong analytical, quantitative skills, statistic experience and proven capability in identifying issues and proposing practical business analysis and solution

• Proficiency with statistical regression modelling / machine learning, in Python, SAS, or other similar languages a plus.

• Experience in organizing, manipulating, and mining large datasets. Proficient level of excel and Power BI.  Experience in other database and visualization tools, including Snowflake, SAP BO, SQL, Tableau a plus.

• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work with people at different levels and functions in the organization

• Excellent partnership, interpersonal, presentation, and communications skills

• Demonstrated strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
