The Opportunity:
As an Enterprise Integrated Broadcast System (IBS) Data Analytics and Quality Assurance you will have the opportunity to ensure data integrity and routing through multiple transport layers contributing to dissemination of actionable perishable intelligence and operational data to support global national security operations among multiple agencies, producers, and combatant commands.


Responsibilities:

• Manage databases and directories for systems implementation to provide data assurance at multiple information levels and classifications

• Conduct enterprise system documentation reviews for customers to determine best pathways for data flow

• Identify appropriate data inclusions to enrich data for consumer ingest and use

• Coordinate downrange organization mission requirements with system outputs from multiple agencies to provide enhanced data clarity

• Contribute to IBS system and network engineering efforts to assure data integrity through system changes or updates

• Advise GIBSSC Operations Manager on data/database issues, concerns, or topics

Required:

• Active TS/SCI clearance

• BS in a technical field or 10 years of data analysis experience in lieu of education

• Direct experience in database management and data analytics relating to IBS

• Experience in one or more intelligence disciplines and an understanding of downrange requirements

• Deep knowledge in multiple data formats and how they are ingested and used by partner nations

• Knowledge of downrange bandwidth disadvantaged environments

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$86,600 - $181,800
