We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced analytics and AI solution Product Owner who will work in collaboration with Central data GenAI team with a focus on a specific GenAI based solution to address Market Access Payer Strategy challenges. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in advanced analytics & AI/Gen AI, great leadership abilities, and a passion for driving innovation through data-driven solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping our Advanced analytics & AI/GenAI solution development, delivery, and overall digital transformation; implementing best practices (including responsible AI), and driving strategic initiatives to ensure the reliability, scalability – continuously improving & challenging the status quo.

As a Product Owner, you will be a leader and act as a mini-CEO for this digital product, co-defining product strategy with the business, planning product roadmap, driving product delivery with delivery team, and measuring/optimizing business impact.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support Development and Delivery: Assist in the development and delivery of analytics, AI and GenAI-based products or solutions to address Market Access Payer Strategy needs.

  • Collaborate with Value and Access Teams: Work closely with Value and Access teams to understand their requirements and help develop efficient and effective payer strategies using analytics and AI solutions, including GenAI components.

  • Optimize Use Cases: Participate in the assessment and recommendation of commercial use cases for analytics and AI solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

  • Implement Product Vision: Contribute to the design and implementation of the end-to-end product vision and delivery for Commercial Advanced Analytics Strategy.

  • Standardize Digital Products: Help standardize and deliver digital products with a focus on the commercial analytics and AI portfolio.

  • Synergize with Central GenAI Team: Collaborate with the central GenAI team to develop products and solutions that leverage reusable components and ensure synergy across projects.

  • Manage Product Roadmap: Assist in managing the product roadmap, including budget planning, resource allocation, and feasibility assessments.

  • Ensure Performance and Value: Support efforts to ensure digital product performance and value realization.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, drive technology strategy, and deliver tailored reporting solutions.

  • Experience in the Market Access function a strong plus

Ways of working   

  • You will be a member for Global Digital GBU Advance Analytics & AI Team.  

  • You will foster partnerships and close collaboration between cross-functional teams (GBU Brand teams, Digital, business operations, market teams) and drive structured ways of working between teams to provide maximum value and efficiency to business teams.  

  • You will work closely and constructively with other development teams e.g., Accelerator, AI COEs, Data Engineering COE, Responsible AI COE) whether inside or outside the company.  

  • You will empower your teams to set up lean but effective teams and efficient local governance.   

  • You will help build and develop a team that uses complementary strengths and develop novel solutions to core business problems

About You

Job Skills & Competencies 

  • 5+ years of professional experience on digital product management with a focus on AI/Gen AI capabilities with some people management & leadership experience in diverse markets 

  • 5+ year experience in product management or building complex digital solutions, preferably with experience in data and AI systems/platforms  

  • Extensive hands-on experience in ML/AI/ GenAI  

  • Committed lifelong learner with a deep passion for cognitive science and AI/GenAI 

  • Experience working with a variety of cross-functional teams  

  • Solid industry background and understanding & process a strong business acumen 

  • Seasoned leader with outstanding communication and presentation skills. 

  • Proven record of creating and implementing successful advanced analytics & AI digital commercial strategies. 

  • Attention to detail & technical intuition  

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills for executive level communication and collaboration 

  • Fluent in English (Other languages a plus) 

Technical skills: 

  • Solid knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design & Integration extensive hands-on experience in ML/AI/ GenAI  

Soft skills:

  • Strong drive and ability to build & share product line vision  

  • Excellent communication & presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders  

  • Proven business sense, ability to take decisions, think strategically and partner with business/other teams  

  • Track-record of problem-solving & overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment, with “get things done” mindset  

  • Strong cross-functional leadership & influencing skills  

  • Strong project management skills  

  • Leadership & Strategic Thinking & Impact Focus 

  • Demonstrates very strong leadership skills; knows how to influence and work as an integral part of a team. 

  • Deep experience in applying LEAN and Agile Practices 

  • Multi-cultural Transversal Collaboration 

  • Thoughtful Risk Taking 

Education: 

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent STEM field, MBA is a big plus 

Languages: 

  • English a must, French a plus, other languages a plus

The salary range for this position is:

$147,000.00 - $212,333.33

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
