Client Value Executives for Crum Lynne, PA location. Work with cross-functional teams to diagnose business needs, translate into questions that TransUnion will answer, and architect ways to wrangle data from multiple sources. Support data collection and analysis for client engagements across both Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA). Use hierarchical, Bayesian regression modeling to understand the relation of marketing factors on an output while controlling for other statistical factors. Use this information with a statistical optimization algorithm to support development marketing tactics and analysis. Aggregate consumer activity data to identify marketing performance and optimize the marketing data by developing algorithms. Help the modeling team and other strategists identify new statistical insights, perform data analysis, and translate findings into market analysis. Generate monthly and quarterly data analysis, review MMM reports, acquire data through sFTP/Lighthouse, and perform data validation. Use quantitative marketing data to help analyze marketing effectiveness, ROI, brand equity impact, effectiveness, and pricing. Diagnose business needs and architect methods utilizing data from multiple sources. Perform econometric modeling and provide advice based on empirical results from Hierarchical Bayesian models. Technical environment: data analytics; marketing mix models; customer segmentation; data management platforms; client-facing predictive analytics; statistics; regression; multiplicative modeling (econometric, Bayesian regression); data visualization; data validation; data mining; Tableau; Python.

Requirements:
*Master’s degree in Market Research, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field plus 2 years of experience with Data Analytics required. Required skills (can be gained through education or experience): Data analytics, marketing mix models, customer segmentation, data management platforms, client-facing predictive analytics; statistics; regression; multiplicative modeling (econometric, Bayesian regression); data visualization; data validation; data mining; Tableau; Python. Some telecommuting permitted. (*Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field plus 4 years of experience with Data Analytics also acceptable.)

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $113,443/yr.-$122,634/yr. annually. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may also be eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
