ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a self-driven and entrepreneurial Founding Backend Engineer to lead the development of our enterprise-focused AI platform. In this high-impact role, you’ll spearhead the technical strategy and build out backend infrastructure that powers intelligent automation and API integration with cutting-edge LLMs. Our focus spans multiple industries, with particular emphasis on field sales teams and the healthcare sector.
You’ll play a key role in designing and scaling our agent-based enterprise tools, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners across product, hardware, research, and go-to-market to translate ideas into robust, real-world solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Drive the full technical execution of our enterprise services roadmap, aligning engineering initiatives with strategic business priorities and customer outcomes.
Lead the entire lifecycle of our agentic enterprise solutions, from initial concept through launch, by establishing measurable milestones and ensuring strong product-market fit.
Architect and implement robust automation flows and API integrations that elevate functionality and user experience, while upholding high standards for security, privacy, and performance.
Explore and integrate emerging AI technologies that enhance the intelligence and adaptability of our agentic platform.
Clearly articulate technical vision, trade-offs, and project progress to executive stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and non-technical audiences.
Build and lead a world-class engineering team, mentoring individuals and fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and hands-on execution.
Champion seamless collaboration and open communication across departments to ensure cohesive product development.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Hands on builder: 3+ years of experience in professional software development, ideally in building and scaling enterprise solutions.
Our tech stack: Experience with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, or similar technology.
Infrastructure: Familiar with cloud-based infrastructure like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Proven track record: Experience envisioning and delivering an effectively zero to one product to enterprise customers.
Passionate about AI: A deep understanding of LLMs, their capabilities, limitations, and potential applications.
Technical depth: Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of technologies with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and languages.
Ownership: Ideal candidate will have previously been the first technical lead at an early stage high growth startup, with an emphasis on owning a project from conception to deployment.
Inspirational vision: Strong leadership and team-building skills with a collaborative approach.
Structured thinker: Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Academic achievement: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline).
GREAT TO HAVE
Interested in agentic enterprise software, cloud, and LLMs.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Experience managing or collaborating with international teams.
