Senior Consultant

Position PurposeThe position of Senior Analyst is within TTEC Digital Analytics and Insights Experience (AIX) team. AIX group is responsible for Data Science and Engineering projects that include the design and validation of data models, build systems to collect, manage and convert transactional raw data to usable data structures to generate insights for decision makingOur Data Engineers work with Data Scientists, Project Leads, Managers on implementation, upgrade, and migration projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing raw dataDeveloping and maintaining datasetsImproving data quality and efficiencyCreate solution and design documentationWork on projects independently as well as being part of a large teamDevelop internal training, process and best practicesCrosstrain Junior Data Engineers or other team members with your area of expertiseFurther develop skills both on the job and through formal learning channelsAssist in pre-sales activities by providing accurate work estimateInteracts closely with Project Management to deliver projects that are done on time and on budget.

Education, Experience and CertificationPost-Secondary Degree (or Diploma) related to Computer Science, MIS or IT-related field. BA/BS in unrelated field will also be considered depending on experience5-8 years in Data Engineering3+ years of application design and development experience in a cloud environment2+ years of experience building and deploying containerized applications in a Kubernetes enabled environment2+ years of experience coding REST services and APIs using one or more of the following: Python, C#, Node.js, JavaCertified Kubernetes Application DeveloperGoogle Cloud Certified Apigee API Engineer
