Data Analyst - Guest Experience & Insights

We're looking for a Data Analyst – Guest Experience &  Insights who’s ready to take ownership of our guest data systems, drive automation, and push the boundaries of data maturity to take TSH data to the next level.

In this role, you’ll work within the Data Strategy team, that serves the business as a centre of excellence for integrating and evolving the data frameworks, maturity and insights at TSH.  You’ll work closely with your key stakeholders in hotel operations, marketing, experience, quality and revenue teams to blend survey results, reservations, signals and platform feedback into an accessible and leverageable resource in the organisation. You’ll be the technical owner of our insights platform (think Qualtrics or similar) run customer segmentation analysis, and lead the evolution of our NPS & VoC strategy—while using AI tools to automate and scale wherever possible.

What You’ll Do: 

• Lead full-cycle customer data analysis, from feedback to behavioural trends.
• Own our NPS / VoC reporting, and guest insight infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to build clean, scalable data pipelines, utilising automation boldly
• Use AI Agents and similar tools to automate workflows and scale analysis and action capabilities.
• Present clear, compelling deep analysis & reports to senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Have:  

• Masters in a data related field e.g. : statistics, data science, business analytics, big data, econometrics, behavioural science, business intelligence or similar fields3+ years in data analytics.
• Strong skills in R or Python, and hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Experience with Azure(or similar) Databricks, azure services or similar tools.
• Fluent in English and well-versed in GDPR.
• Analytical thinker with a creative spark.
