Technical Writer

About the RoleWe are looking for ambitious, meticulous, and tech-savvy early-career Technical Writers to join our dynamic Product Documentation team. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about writing, curious about emerging technologies, and eager to grow in a collaborative, demanding environment.As a Technical Writer, you will play a key role in crafting clear, concise, and user-focused documentation that empowers users and enhances product adoption. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and senior writers to build a strong foundation in technical communication and content strategy.Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree/master’s degree in engineering, technical writing, communications, or a related field, preferably with telecommunication knowledge.• Strong academic or project-based exposure to telecommunications or software development is a plus.• 1—5 years of experience in technical writing or related roles (including internships).
Core Competencies• Excellent command of written and spoken English with a focus on technical clarity.• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts in a user-friendly manner.• Strong diligence and commitment to quality.
Preferred Skills and Tools• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps environments.• Exposure to structured authoring and DITA principles.• Experience with documentation tools and platforms such as:o Authoring Tools: oXygen XML, MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, ArborTexto Markup Languages: Markdown, AsciiDoc, reStructuredTexto CMS Platforms: Confluence, Notion, AEMo Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab, CVS/SVN• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and scripting languages (Examples such as Python, JavaScript).• Awareness of UX writing, accessibility, and content design principles.• Familiarity with diagramming tools (Examples such as Lucidchart, Draw.io).• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, ML, IoT, Cloud Computing, and RAN.
