How you’ll be impactful:
We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics to lead and optimize our customer acquisition efforts. In this role, you will harness the power of data analytics to develop and execute strategies that maximize acquisition performance across digital channels. The ideal candidate will excel in test-and-learn methodologies, have a proven track record of optimizing advertising buys (search, auction-based, performance-based, programmatic, and social media), and demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills to align marketing, analytics, data engineering, and product teams around actionable insights.
Please note: This role will be required to be in our SF office at minimum 2x/week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays)
What you’ll be doing:
Marketing Performance Leadership
- Act as a strategic partner in marketing performance measurement and analysis.
- Partner with marketing teams to:
- Improve measurement accuracy.
- Develop and execute a robust test-and-learn agenda.
- Deliver insights that unlock opportunities and inform strategies.
- Quantify business impact to guide prioritization.
Test and Learn Strategy:
- Develop and execute test-and-learn plans to optimize acquisition strategies.
- Design and manage A/B testing, multivariate testing, and audience segmentation experiments to improve conversion rates and reduce CAC.
- Analyze test results and scale successful strategies to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Digital Marketing Analytics:
- Oversee and manage analytics for digital marketing channels across web and app: search, display, social media, affiliate, programmatic, audio/video and CTV.
- Analyze acquisition funnel data to refine targeting and optimize budgets across digital channels and ad buying strategies.
- Leverage advanced analytics to predict customer behavior and ensure acquisition strategies are data-driven and performance-focused.
Campaign Performance & Budget Optimization:
- Track, report, and provide insights to optimize paid acquisition channel performance, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed KPIs for CAC, CLV, and ROAS.
- Apply attribution models to understand and communicate the impact of different channels on the overall customer journey.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Develop comprehensive reporting systems and dashboards to track and present campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI to leadership teams.
- Provide actionable insights into digital marketing performance, focusing on key metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLV), and ROAS.
Team Development:
- Provide hands-on mentoring and guidance to junior analysts.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, where experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and results are highly valued.
What you’ll need to be successful:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Preferred: MBA or Master’s degree.
Experience/Skills
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in acquisition marketing analytics, with in-depth experience analyzing search buy, keyword research, programmatic, auction and performance base buys for customer acquisition
- Proven expertise in test-and-learn strategies, optimizing campaigns based on real-time data, and hands-on paid media management.
- Proficiency analyzing campaigns in digital ad platforms (Google ad accounts, meta ads manager, the trade desk etc. ), affiliate market place platforms (impact radius, tune, etc.) and CDPs (klaviyo, braze, optimove)
- Experience configuring and aggregating insights from digital analytics platforms (GTM + GA4, segment, amplitude etc.)
- Advanced skills in Tableau, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, and Python for campaign analysis and reporting. Able to write complex queries to analyze/pull data from Snowflake or other databases.
- Strong understanding of audience identity resolution and creation tools like LiveRamp.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

Pay Transparency:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$185,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
