The Role
We’re looking for a Data Analytics Lead to join our data team. As the lead member of our data team, you’ll be at the forefront of building an analytics culture across TryHackMe. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering impactful insights, building scalable analytics solutions and lead the development and implementation of data analytics strategies to support the organisations growth. Responsibilities will include:
- Lead the Data Analytics team to deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.
- Own the end to end data analytics infrastructure, from data pipelines, warehousing, modelling and reporting.
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Analyse company data to uncover trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Developing and maintaining data models to support analytics.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualisations to effectively communicate insights.
- Leverage product usage data to inform product strategies.
- Championing data-driven decision making across the organisation and driving the advancement of analytical capabilities.
Skills & Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working as a data engineer, analyst or analytics engineer. Ideally with at least 1+ years leadership experience.
- Strong SQL skills are essential.
- Demonstrable experience using visualisation tools, preferably Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing and modelling, preferably using dbt.
- Experience in event-based analytics to measure user behaviour and conversion performance.
- Knowledge of machine learning models & techniques.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
- Start-up experience preferred.
