Position Summary/Job Duties:

Converse Health is a fast-growing healthcare-AI startup that equips independent medical practices with an end-to-end platform for automating front- and back-office tasks. As an AI/LLM Implementation Engineer you’ll be the bridge between our proprietary tooling and new customers, tailoring conversational flows and prompt stacks that drive scheduling, intake, billing, and follow-up - so doctors can focus on patients, not paperwork.

What you’ll do

Onboard new practices: map clinic processes, configure integrations, and guide teams through go-live.
Design & iterate LLM-powered flows in our drag-and-drop platform.
Test and monitor for accuracy, safety, and HIPAA compliance.
Collaborate with product and engineering to surface edge cases and ship improvements quickly.

What we’re looking for

Hands-on experience using any mainstream LLM (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
Clear, empathetic communication
Bonus:
- Computer-science / data-science student (or recent grad) who has built with GPT-style APIs or open-source LLMs.
- Healthcare, HL7/FHIR, or RPA experience.
