Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect with expertise in Microsoft Fabric and data migration projects. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize data architectures, ensuring seamless migration from various data sources to Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse while maintaining data integrity, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Migration Strategy: Develop and execute migration strategies for transitioning data from legacy systems to Microsoft Fabric.
  
• Architecture Design: Design scalable, high-performance data architectures leveraging Fabric Lakehouse and Data Factory pipelines.
  
• ETL & Data Integration: Implement ETL processes using Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Power BI for seamless data transformation.
  
• Performance Optimization: Optimize data pipelines, queries, and storage solutions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  
• Security & Compliance: Ensure data governance, security, and compliance with industry standards.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to align data solutions with business needs.
  
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical guidance and resolve migration-related challenges.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in data architecture, with hands-on experience in data migration projects.
  
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud-based data solutions.
    
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Power BI.
    
  • Experience with Lakehouse architecture, data pipelines, and data transformation.
    
  • Familiarity with Azure services and cloud migration strategies.
    
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex data migration challenges.
  
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Engineering, or Cloud Architecture.
  
• Experience in AI-powered analytics and self-service BI solutions.
