Job Identification

We are looking for a data-driven and collaborative analyst to support commercial excellence across all CCI countries. The role focuses on tracking and analyzing Sales Capability Development KPIs – Master Data Management, Cold Drink Equipment, Sales Force Effectiveness, Training, and Commercial Excellence, providing actionable decision support based on these indicators to enhance operational performance and effectiveness

What We Expect

  • Track and analyze KPIs related to Master Data Management, Cold Drink Equipment, Sales Force Effectiveness, Training, and Commercial Excellence to provide timely and relevant decision support.
  • Monitor asset performance across regions, ensuring efficient placement, stock optimization, and compliance.
  • Identify trends and anomalies within sales and operational data to support targeted performance improvements.
  • Develop and deliver insights that directly inform action plans aligned with KPI targets and commercial priorities, collaborating closely with country teams.
  • Ensure accurate, standardized, and timely reporting across all countries to maintain consistency and reliability for decision-making.
  • Analyze long-term trends and deliver data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Develop scenario analyses and predictive models to assess the potential impact of strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and analytics tools tracking to enhance data accessibility and usability.
  • Collaborate with cross-country teams as a key contact for data support related exclusively to KPI monitoring and follow-ups.
  • Lead improvements in reporting methods and support the adoption of advanced analytics tools where they contribute directly to KPI-based insights.
  • Oversee report accuracy and coordinate with Digital Technology teams for improvements.
  • Support capability building through training sessions and mentoring junior analysts.
  • Handle ad-hoc data requests and ensure resolution of data-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Engineering or related field of studies
  • 2-5 years of professional experience
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Experience in statistical analysis and trend detection
  • Knowledge of root-cause analysis techniques
  • Strong numerical, verbal, and logical reasoning skills
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to work in cross-functional, multi-country teams
