Our IT team: concentrated competence with a relaxed approach
We are currently about 160 colleagues in Corporate IT who are responsible for process management, IT applications and IT infrastructure. In specialised teams, we optimise the Zumtobel Group on the basis of modern SAP systems. Things are very relaxed here, we're on a first-name basis, but above all we never leave each other out in the rain. New colleagues particularly appreciate that. We work in bright open-plan offices in an architectural gem with a barbecue-tested roof terrace.

Responsibilities

• You will be part of the IT Solutions Team - Data Analytics and responsible for the Analytics Platform in the Zumtobel Group, together with your colleagues in Dornbirn and Manila.
• You will maintain a close and cooperative relationship with the specialist departments and advise them on all requirements in the area of data analytics.
• You will be part of the Business Analytics Competence Centre consisting of IT and the specialist departments such as controlling, accounting, logistics,...
• You do everything to ensure that your project brings maximum benefit in the end: you get the right people on board, including external specialists, bring together different points of view, fight for user-friendly solutions, ...
• Thanks to your intuition for current trends, you are able to see their opportunities and innovation potentials in the area of company-wide data strategy for our business.

Skills & Experience

• You have several years of professional experience in the field of data management/data analyst 
• You have deep knowledge and practical experience in tools such as SAP BW Version 7.5, SAP BW S/4 Hana with experience in data modelling using Hana views for reporting, ABAP for BW, CDS views on S/4 Hana. Knowledge in SAP SAC or MS Power BI as front end tools. In addition, you have experience with SAP Datasphere or other Data Warehouses on the cloud (Microsoft Azure or similar).
• You like to think in terms of numbers and processes, quickly see the connections in detail and thus understand the processes in the business. In addition, you already have project management experience in agile and classic project environments, ideally in change projects.
• You have a high affinity for digitalization and are a solution-focused, hands-on personality with a strong results orientation. With your enthusiasm, good arguments and empathy, you engage your team members and stakeholders in the change process.
• You are good at bringing people from different areas and cultures together and find it easy to communicate at all hierarchy levels. 
• Excellent English skills round off your profile.
