Software Developer - Equity Research Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer with a strong Data Engineering background to join our Equity Research Technology Team. This team plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s Fundamental Equities business by developing cutting-edge research tools, and AI solutions used directly by trading teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with technology, AI, and risk teams to build and maintain our proprietary data
• Deploy robust data pipelines through AWS, Database, API, and Excel plugin solutions.  
• Leverage LLM Orchestrator/Agent models to automated analyst tasks.

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in Python (particularly Pandas/Numpy) for data-oriented processing
• Strong SQL and database experience, particularly with MS SQL Server and Postgres
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or other leading foundational LLMs
• Familiarity with building data pipelines, ETL for large datasets, and scheduling tools like Airflow
• A degree in engineering, quantitative finance, computer science, math, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of work experience as a software engineer, data scientist, or quant developer

Beneficial Skills and Experience:

• Basic understanding of equity markets and fundamental analysis
• Understanding of the MCP frameworks.
• Exposure to risk models and performance attribution
• Experience in designing and building robust authentication and authorization systems
• Understanding of typical software development lifecycle and familiarity with: Linux, Github, CI/CD with Jenkins/TeamCity
