Job Overview
We are looking for data specialists/ experts to join the Data Analytics (Chapter) team. Our team plays a vital role in delivering data that is used in risk models and management reports in the finance and risk area. We combine knowledge of risk modeling and advanced data processing. We have extensive knowledge of the Bank's processes, which enables us to understand and interpret the data and report the phenomena accompanying the data processes. We work in an international environment, which means we use English on a daily basis (written and spoken).
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing data for risk modeling based on stakeholders’ requirements
- Analyzing data and preparing reports to present the data to stakeholders
- Performing Data Quality checks and analyzing the results
- Analyzing internal and external regulations and preparing associated functional documentation
- Improving overall processes, e.g. Way of Working, data flows, or implementation of requirements.
Key Capabilities/Experience
- Understanding of the credit process at the Bank
- Experience in working with credit or market risk modeling (PD, LGD, EAD, IFRS9, IRB)
- Experience in working with Agile / Scrum
- Advanced analytical skills
- Independent, creative and proactive way of thinking
- Ability to question the status quo
- Knowledge of techniques used in business analysis
Minimum Qualifications
- You have experience in working in the area of financial or credit risk
- You excel in working with SQL and SAS
- You can independently interpret data based on the collected information and assumptions
- You have an ability to clearly and briefly express ideas, facts and opinions and express them fluently in English, both in speaking and writing, supported by appropriate tools.
- You know how to identify problems, analyze key information and make connections, in order to find appropriate solutions
- You can complete tasks and achieve results in an efficient, timely and highly qualitative manner, with a focus on execution and delivery of targets and KPIs.
