Your Impact:
As the People HRIS & Data Specialist at Deliverect, you will play a pivotal role in optimising our HR operations through advanced data analytics, automation, and strategic HRIS management. Your expertise will be crucial in transforming people data into actionable insights, driving informed decisions, and enhancing the employee experience on a global scale. You will lead the way on HR technology, ensuring our systems are efficient, intelligent, and scalable to support our rapid growth.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Ghent, Belgium office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.

Your Impact:
As the People HRIS & Data Specialist at Deliverect, you will play a pivotal role in optimising our HR operations through advanced data analytics, automation, and strategic HRIS management. Your expertise will be crucial in transforming people data into actionable insights, driving informed decisions, and enhancing the employee experience on a global scale. You will lead the way on HR technology, ensuring our systems are efficient, intelligent, and scalable to support our rapid growth.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Ghent, Belgium office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.
What you will do:
- Build and maintain people data reports in tools like Google Sheets, Hibob, and Looker, ensuring stakeholders have reliable and timely access to key HR metrics.
- Prepare headcount and people operations reports for leadership, finance, and other teams—sometimes recurring, sometimes ad hoc.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and IT to gather requirements, clarify data definitions, and ensure alignment across reports.
- Support ongoing system improvements in tools like Hibob, Travelperk, Expensify, and Ledgy to improve data quality, automate tasks, and streamline reporting processes.
- Audit and clean people data, helping us spot gaps or inconsistencies and working with relevant teams to address them.
- Contribute to process automation, working with our IT team to build smarter workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Assist in the integration of new tools, including evaluating potential AI or tech-driven solutions that could improve our efficiency or data usage.
- Manage and improve the HiBob system.
- Create and maintain reports for Finance and other departments.
- Handle the compensation module and data analysis related to it.
- Act as a bridge between HR, Finance, and IT departments.
What you will bring:
- 1 - 3 years experience with HRIS
- You are methodical, structured, and adept with numbers.
- You possess experience collecting, organizing, and presenting data (whether through coursework, internships, or job experience).
- You are confident using spreadsheets (like Google Sheets or Excel), and ideally have some exposure to tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- You enjoy working collaboratively and can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- You think proactively, anticipate stakeholder needs, and are resourceful in finding solutions.
- You are curious about people processes and eager to learn more about HR systems, with a strong foundation in data and logic
- Experience working with HiBob
- Interest or background in HR, People Ops, or organisational topics.
- Experience with workflow tools (e.g. Jira) or automation concepts.
- Exposure to AI tools or interest in experimenting with them to improve internal
