Minimum Qualification

• Demonstrated expertise with a minimum of 5+ years of experience as BI engineer or similar role
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases and database design.
• Strong data visualization skills using tools like Power BI, Tableau, AWS QuickSight etc
• Knowledge on Connecting multiple data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business Intelligence
• Experience working with cloud Data Warehouse solutions like Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery etc.
• Experience in organizing KPIs and dashboards as well as reading metric trends to evaluate business performance
• Experience in gathering BI requirements and structuring specifications to produce business-relevant datasets, reports and dashboards
• Passion for democratizing data effectively to the wider organization for self-service
• Keenness to innovate and improve the BI process beyond basic reporting
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with both the business and the technical side
• Proven ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to guide other BI engineers
