We’re looking for a reporting data analyst to join the Operations team within the
Client relations department. This person will be responsible for creating and managing dashboards, preparing repots, identifying trends, and communicating insights with the Operations Manager and the Head of the Client Relations team.
What you’ll do
Analyse agent performance metrics and assist team leads and
managers of other sub-teams in interpreting data.Report the key metrics for the Client Relations team
Design and develop dashboards that will be used by multiple teams
on a company levelCommunicate with Trading 212’s business intelligence team to pull
stats on demand based on the current business needsPresent data points in a user-friendly way that provides actionable
insightsTake the lead in the process of preparing weekly, monthly and
quarterly reports that are presented across various departmentsStreamline customer feedback across all communication channels
to back the business initiatives of the Client relations team
What you need to have
Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role, preferably in a fast-paced or customer-facing environment.
Good proficiency with data visualization tools; experience designing user-centric dashboards.
Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and experience with SQL or other query languages to extract and manipulate data.
Good understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to customer service, operations, or client relations.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with departments such as Business Intelligence, Operations, and Customer Support.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience producing regular reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) under tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
Familiarity with customer feedback systems or CRM platforms is a plus.
