Senior Full Stack Engineer (f/m/d)

Overview

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will take ownership of building user-facing applications and agentic tools that bring our AI capabilities to the public sector. You’ll design and develop intuitive, performant frontends with Vue and TypeScript, integrate them with robust Python backends, and own systems end-to-end—from design to deployment and monitoring.

This role is ideal for a senior engineer who combines strong frontend skills with full-stack experience, user-first thinking, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and maintain user-facing applications using Vue, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.

• Design and implement backend functionality in Python, integrating with internal APIs and systems.

• Collaborate closely with design and product teams to define and improve UX and UI patterns.

• Ensure code quality through unit, UI, and end-to-end testing practices.

• Own the full lifecycle of features: from architecture and development to CI/CD, monitoring, and maintenance.

• Contribute to technical decisions and make thoughtful trade-offs in ML-driven product development.

• Drive product quality through user-first thinking and data-driven iteration.

Your Profile

• Frontend experience with Vue (or similar frameworks) and TypeScript.

• Proven experience building and operating end-to-end systems—design, development, deployment, monitoring.

• Solid backend development skills in Python.

• Experience with UI testing and end-to-end testing frameworks.

• A pragmatic mindset focused on shipping high-quality, user-friendly software.

• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and owning projects independently.

• Bonus: Experience working with ML-powered products, especially in areas like data pipelines and performance trade-offs.
