Purpose and Objective:

SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Processes Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location responsible for the detailed design and implementation of business processes.

Expectations and Tasks:

Enforce innovation, service offerings and productization. Establish and manage long-term engagement relations between the customer and SAP along all LACE phases. Ensure the specifics of each LACE phase to identify innovation potential, plan the solution design and transformation, provide advice and safeguard the execution and operation. Perform E2E analysis of the technology stack or of an E2E business process. Advise customers and support different SAP units. Position, explain, and scope tasks for all standard services in the Virtual Project Room to support front office, solutioning, and sales. Resolve issues related to a technical component or business process step without general work direction. Improve service procedures based on customer feedback and communicate with SAP development to improve SAP products. Support the resolution of critical customer situations, production downs, and escalations.

Education and Occupational Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field of study and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field of study.

Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:

Prior experience, internship, or academic coursework to include each of the following:

• Supply Chain Management (SCM);
• Demand and Supply Planning;
• Development using Python, C, or Java Script;
• Data Analysis and Visualization;
• Development and deployment using VSCode, PyCharm, and Github; and
• Machine Learning Frameworks.

Travel: Position requires up to 30% domestic travel to various and unanticipated client sites.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $106,184 - $108,360. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $106,184 - $120,400. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
