Summary:

We are seeking a talented Platform Engineer III to join our growing company and Platform Engineering team. In this role, you’ll work collaboratively on the infrastructure that shapes our latest AI products, define clear development paths for engineers, and streamline the systems that drive innovation across the company.

What You'll Do:

• Design, build, and improve our infrastructure to support both our SaaS and self-hosted enterprise products, focusing on scalability, performance, cost efficiency, and integration with external services
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design, implement, and troubleshoot tools, systems, and platform changes
• Empower developers to work autonomously by providing stable, reliable platforms along with technical guidance, education, and best practices
• Monitor and support production systems by participating in on-call rotations, incident response, and proactive system health reviews
• Contribute to both planned infrastructure initiatives and ad-hoc requests, maintaining flexibility while driving platform improvements
• Engage in team communication channels (Slack, meetings, reviews, demos) to share knowledge, provide feedback, and coordinate efforts.

What You Need:

• Production experience with Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Helm
• Experience using IaC tools (e.g. Terraform, CDK, etc.)
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Experience provisioning, tuning, securing, scaling, networking, and monitoring containerized applications
• Proficiency automating in Python or Go; familiarity with Linux
• GitOps mindset with a desire to reduce toil and automate everything
• A self starter mentality with experience in a fast-paced agile environment

The US base salary range for this role is $115,500 - $199,750 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.

Within the range, individual compensation is determined by various factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter will provide more specific details on the salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
