Work you will do

Deloitte’s Engineering offers help to enable organization’s end-to-end journey from on-premise legacy systems to the cloud, from design through deployment, and leading to the ultimate destination—a transformed organization primed for growth.

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Leading end-to-end design and implementation of ML pipelines and AI platforms (data preparation, model training, deployment, monitoring).
• Spearheading the application of advanced deep learning techniques (CNN, RNN, LSTM, GAN, Transformers, Graph Models) across domains such as NLP, computer vision, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
• Development and operationalize generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions for client needs.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate machine learning platforms, frameworks, and tools (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Hugging Face).
• Implement MLOps pipelines using technologies like Kubeflow, MLflow, SageMaker, Azure ML, or Vertex AI for reproducible, robust deployments.
• Establish best practices in AI engineering, including CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and retraining pipelines.
• Guide, review, and mentor engineering and data science team members, promoting coding standards and model quality.
• Stay abreast of advances in AI, deep learning, and distributed computing, advising clients and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• 6–10 years of experience in Machine Learning, AI, and software engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages (Python, Scala) and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with advanced ML areas: neural network architectures, embeddings, NLP, computer vision, generative AI.
• Strong background in deploying and managing ML pipelines (MLOps) in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on experience working with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark), NoSQL databases, and distributed platforms.
• Excellent understanding of software engineering best practices (CI/CD, testing, code review).
• Strong stakeholder management, teamwork, and technical communication abilities.
