YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You support the integration of our Docker-based AI software mediaire on our customers’ systems – mostly via remote access (on-premise setups).
- You help identify and solve technical issues – and communicate solutions clearly within the team and to our customers.
- You actively contribute to improving our internal processes – so we can work more efficiently and support our customers even faster.
- Together with our development team and experienced radiologists, you contribute to the ongoing improvement of our products and technical infrastructure.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- You’re passionate about technology, communicative, and enjoy supporting both customers and colleagues.
- You approach technical challenges with curiosity and a problem-solving mindset – even when things get a bit complex.
- You are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
- You have some hands-on experience with Linux and working in the command line.
- You have a technical background – for example, a degree in computer science, engineering, medical technology, or initial work experience in technical support (e.g. as a sysadmin or similar).
- You are based in Germany.
- Experience with radiology IT systems (e.g. PACS, RIS, DICOM).
- Knowledge of Linux system administration, especially networking or scripting with Bash or Python.
- Familiarity with CRM, service desk, or ticketing systems.
- Programming skills, ideally in Python.
- Experience working with Docker and Git.
- Exposure to collaboration with software or data science teams.
