About the role:Â Â Â
LRN is seeking an Ethics and Compliance Advisor to join our growing global Advisory Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development, delivery, and management of Advisory Services products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact, leading individual client projects, overseeing scoping, project management, and ensuring successful completion.Â
Requirements
What Youâll Do:Â
Reporting to the Chief Advisory Officer, the Ethics & Compliance Advisor, EMEA will work closely with Sales and Advisory colleagues to scope, implement, and deliver advisory services for LRNâs clients. This includes:Â
- Developing or revising written standards such as Codes of Conduct and ethics and compliance policiesÂ
- Assessing and evaluating client ethics and compliance (E&C) programsÂ
- Advising clients on program design, development, and enhancementÂ
- Supporting Advisory sales opportunities, including pre-sales discovery, project proposals, scoping, and solution designÂ
- Assisting in the development of benchmarking data, compliance databases, and internal research resourcesÂ
- Producing and delivering thought leadership in the ethics and compliance space, including research publications, presentations, and participation at conferencesÂ
- Lead the scoping, management, and execution of Advisory Services client projects, such as:Â
- Code of Conduct reinventionÂ
- Smart Code (Code of Conduct microsite) implementationÂ
- Compliance policy simplificationÂ
- Ethics & Compliance culture assessmentsÂ
- Compliance program evaluation and benchmarkingÂ
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support sales efforts, participate in client discussions, and help develop proposals and presentations.Â
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including research, benchmarking, data analysis, and industry presentations.Â
- Represent LRN at industry conferences, client meetings, and professional events.Â
What weâre looking for: Â
- 7â10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in Ethics, Compliance, and/or Legal roles preferredÂ
- Bachelor's degree required; law degree, certification, or licensure (e.g., CCEP-I) a strong plusÂ
- Solid understanding of global ethics and compliance standards and expectationsÂ
- Experience conducting legal research, with the ability to synthesize complex information accurately and clearlyÂ
- Familiarity with AI tools and large language models (LLMs)Â
- Excellent drafting and communication skills, including experience creating reports and presentations for senior leadersÂ
- Confident public speaker, with experience presenting on legal or compliance topics at seminars, conferences, or eventsÂ
- Strong collaborative and partnership mindset â proactive, adaptable, and solutions-orientedÂ
- Proven project and program management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectivelyÂ
- Ability to manage high-profile client relationships, balancing flexibility and professionalism with clear boundariesÂ
- Comfortable driving process improvement and efficiency through metrics, analysis, and collaboration with internal/external teamsÂ
