Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop data science solutions to solve complex business solutions
• Formulate business problems to data science problems
• Work cross functionally with business and engineering teams to drive data science initiatives
• Define right quality metrics for ML models and optimize them
• Mentor and provide feedback to team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or above in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or in a quantitative field with research bent of mind and have a minimum of 5+ years of experience
• Sound understanding of modern Machine learning techniques, mathematical underpinnings, and experienced in using different machine learning frameworks (sci-kit-learn, Keras, TF Spark, MLlib etc)
• Experience in using distributed computing platforms
• Strong programming skills (preferably in Python, Scala, etc)
• Experience in driving large scale machine learning learning problems end to end
