We are hiring a passionate and curious thinker to lead the market understanding agenda. It is an exciting opportunity to work with iconic brands such as Jack Daniel’s and emerging brands portfolio within various CEE Partner Markets (14 countries).
Meaningful Work from Day One
The holder of this newly created position will be a key Brand & Business Insight team member. This person will be looking for new opportunities of growth for CEE Partner Markets, focusing on category/brand diagnostics to drive growth within them.
This requires a significant ability to lead, inspire and empower key stakeholders, both externally and internally. It is supported by a curious mind, a passion for understanding categories/shoppers/consumer and a strong ability to analyze data to create powerful, actionable insight.
What You Can Expect
- Leading Market Trends and Performance analysis: Diagnose market situation, forecast the future, provide comprehensive market overviews to highlight trends, risks, opportunities, and market performance based on available continuous data (Nielsen, IWSR, Brand Tracker, social listening tools, etc). Utilise within daily work various data sources to identify key insights and actionable strategies.
- Driving Category/Consumer understanding agenda: through ad-hoc market analysis and research. Building category/consumer knowledge across Partner Markets and integrating it into the business.
- Develop Strategic Inputs: Provide strategic inputs to key business processes (e.g. annual brand/country planning) in category development and growth opportunities identification.
- Partnering with others: Close co-operation with CEE Partner Markets teams (marketing, sales) and distributors. Recognizing commercial opportunities highlighted through data.
What You Bring to the Table
- 4+ years’ experience within Market Analytics/ Category Management
- Expertise in working with data analysis & research tools (e.g. Nielsen, IWSR)
- Proven track record of successfully delivering high quality market data analysis & presentations
- Demonstrates ability to work effectively and efficiently within dynamic business environment
- Strong computer skills, or ability to quickly build proficiency in them (MS Office, Google Workspace, Tableau etc)
- Fluent English (speaking and writing), Polish
