O que nós estamos procurando:

• Capacidades Técnicas:

  • Sólidos conhecimentos em SQL
  • Domínio e implementação de pipelines ELT/ETL complexos
  • Domínio na linguagem Python/Framework Spark
  • Sólidos conhecimentos em Cloud (AWS, Google)
  • Sólidos conhecimentos em Databricks
  • Domínio de modelagem de dados dimensionais e afins
  • Experiência em arquitetura de dados em cloud
  • Conhecimentos em metodologias de BI e Ágil

• Habilidades de Liderança:

  • Experiência em liderança de equipe técnica
  • Capacidade de planejamento e priorização de tarefas
  • Desenvolvimento e auditoria de processos de analytics engineer

• Habilidades Interpessoais:

  • Habilidade e flexibilidade de lidar com pessoas (time, stakeholders, fornecedores)
  • Experiência no desenvolvimento de trabalho colaborativo entre áreas
  • Trabalho em equipe, proatividade, pensamento analítico, resiliência, criatividade e inovação

Formação:

• Curso superior em Engenharia da Computação, Ciência da Computação, Matemática, Estatística, Física, Banco de Dados, ou áreas correlatas.
