We are seeking an experienced Freelance Business Analyst with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry and proven expertise in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of procurement operations, be fluent in English, and have experience working with international clients. This role may involve travel depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams during Dynamics 365 P2P implementation.
  • Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis for procurement processes.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, compliance, and IT teams to ensure system alignment with business goals.
  • Provide expert input on best practices for procurement in the pharma industry, ensuring GxP compliance where necessary.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a must
  • Proven track record of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Procure-to-Pay) implementation.
  • In-depth understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, requisition-to-payment lifecycle.
  • Experience working with global teams and international clients.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to travel internationally based on project needs

This is a role for a freelance (independent) consultant. Need is mainly remote with some occasional travel required. Start date ASAP.
