Overview
GrowthHub is a new platform designed to help ATS employees unlock their full potential. GrowthHub provides personalized insights into skills and recommended growth opportunities tailored to each individuals unique journey in ATS. Job Summary
As a Lead Data Analyst, you will drive data-driven decision-making by leading the analysis and interpretation of complex datasets, ensuring high-quality insights that support strategic business initiatives and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data analysis to deliver actionable insights.
- Design and implement data analysis methodologies to solve business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reporting platforms.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to guide strategic planning.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Extensive experience in data analysis, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into clear business insights.
Our Lead Data Analyst, earns between $116,700.00 - $196,100.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
