Business Analyst - Generative AI Projects (x|f|m) - Hybrid

We are looking for a Business Analyst Generative AI Projects (x|f|m) for our IT Software Development & Innovations department.

In this role, you will be instrumental in collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements and managing projects for innovative generative AI initiatives.

The job is full-time and can be done remotely on a daily basis as well as on site at our office in Madrid.

• Capture requirements and define project strategy, goals, and delivery plans in collaboration with stakeholders and the team

• Write epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria for the development team

• Manage stakeholders and their expectations within the scope of specific projects

• Steer risks and timelines to ensure project success

• Shield the team from external interruptions and remove impediments

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and Agile thinking

What will convince us

• You have a degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• You possess several years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related area

• You have relevant experience in generative AI

• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management practices.

• Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations and simplify complex concepts.

• Fluency in English is required
