Python Developer - Generative AI (x|f|m) - Hybrid

We are looking for a Python Developer – Generative AI (x|f|m) for our IT Software Development & Innovations department.

We are excited to invite a passionate and experienced Python Developer to enhance applications, develop backend systems, and integrate cutting-edge GenAI technologies into our applications.

The job is full-time and can be done remotely on a daily basis as well as on site at our office in Madrid.

Grow with us – Your Responsibilities

• You develop and maintain robust backend systems using Python and API frameworks like FastAPI

• You integrate and use innovative technologies such as generative AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, etc. into both existing and new applications to stay ahead of the technological curve

• You implement containerized software solutions to streamline our development and deployment processes.

• As well you implement and maintain automated tests to enable continuous delivery

• You work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical designs and improve application features

• You participate in code reviews and peer programming sessions to maintain high coding standards and best practices

• You stay at the forefront of generative AI technologies, particularly LLM advancements, and bring cutting-edge solutions

What will convince us

• You have at least several years of professional experience in Python development with a strong portfolio of completed projects

• Your proficiency with APIs is evident in your ability to integrate, provide, and consume them effectively

• Agile Software Development is second nature to you, and you embrace ideation, MVPs, and POCs, driving solutions that deliver value to users

• Experience with Azure or similar cloud environments and their AI resources, including retrieval systems, vector databases, Generative AI evaluation frameworks, etc., is a plus

• You have experience in developing LLM use cases such as conversational agents, document summarization, content generation, and more, and deploying LLM models in production, ensuring they meet the specific needs of client use cases

• Collaboration and alignment with your team are key to identifying and implementing the best solutions.Constant learning in the industry of generative AI and agents excites you

• A results-oriented approach is your hallmark, simplifying complex concepts for varied audiences

• Fluency in English is essential
