Position Overview:

Data analytics Professional will perform various functions, which primarily involves utilizing various data analysis techniques to innovate, build, and maintain well-managed data insights and capabilities to solve and influence business problems.

Key duties include data analysis, robust dashboard creation in Tableau, Power BI, operational reporting and analytics, ad hoc reporting, issue remediation support and technical/process documentation.

Your Impact:

• Provide analytical insights, by working in collaboration within ESC delivery owners, to end users utilizing data within ESC

• Respond to data related inquiries to support business and ESC

• Respond to data and product related inquiries in real-time to support business and technical teams

• Provide support to gather business requirements and translate to design/implementation

• Develop tools, techniques, and metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization

• Ability to tell the story about data within and across sourcing applications and services. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems

• 3-5 years related experience

• Ability to make sense of complex, and sometimes contradictory information and translate to actionable key takeaways and visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Power BI dashboards), iterating to meet customer needs

• Experience collecting and reviewing data (e.g., searching for anomalies/data gaps/inconsistencies), utilizing repeatable processes and adding controls when possible to increase data integrity

• Experience with SQL queries, Python is a plus

• Excellent written (email, presentations, dashboards/summaries of key takeaways) and oral (phone and in-person) communication skills

• Prior experience with project/program management, managing large volumes of work concurrently

• Ability to collaborate and influence in matrixed environments, including outside areas of expertise

• Proven experience creating analytics models and robust dashboards

• Proven experience in working with data warehouse environment

• Experience with supporting data analytics solution within an organization

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $82,000 - $124,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
