• Data analysis and visualization

• Making improvements to automate the reporting process

Skills and competencies required:

• Problem solving - resolving queries and engaging with stakeholders across the business, investigating and resolving exception items in a timely manner
• Teamwork - supporting the team and collaborating with others to achieve departmental goals
• Communication - excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
• Changing & improving - identifying areas for improvement and leading process improvement efforts in line with global processes
• Analytical thinking - ability to systematically break down complex problems, assess data, recognize relationships, and solve problems effectively

What you need to have:

• University degree (BA, MA)
• Good command of English
• Familiarity with Excel and VBA
• Can - do attitude
