Large Scale Data Integration (LSDI) Developer (Associate or Mid-Level)

Advanced Production and Automation is seeking a Large Scale Data Integration (LSDI) Developer (Associate or Mid-Level) for the  Advanced Manufacturing Technology (AMT) Large Scale Data Integration (LSDI) team in Tukwila or Everett, Washington.

Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including associate and mid-level engineers.

Position responsibilities:

  • Develop, document and maintain architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for applications, software systems, and automated hardware systems

  • Develop and maintain code and integrate software components into fully functioning software systems

  • Perform engineering activities including development, integration and testing of software and/or automated hardware systems

  • Influence, innovate and continuously improve the software engineering processes as well as the quality, safety and reliability of our products and services

  • Collaborate proactively with customers, stakeholders, and peers to understand operational and performance requirements

  • Support agile project management, project estimation and planning

  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn and work with new technologies

  • Cultivate a positive team culture

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

  • 2+ years of software development and/or controls experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 4+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience and interest in full stack development

  • Experience with networking, servers and databases (e.g. SQL)

  • Experience communicating technical information

  • Experience deciphering and supporting customer needs

  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team

  • Experience supporting automated equipment

  • Programming experience with .Net, C#, Javascript, C++, Python, and/or similar

  • Project management skills

  • Experience in agile software development

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range for associate (level 2): $82,450 - $111,550

Summary pay range for mid-level (level 3): $102,000 - $138,000
