Job Description:

About the Role:

As a Research Analyst, you will be responsible for natural gas liquids (NGLs) research and analysis. You will have a key supporting role for multiple NGL services. You will report to the Head of NGL & Naphtha.

You Will:
  • Collect and organize ethane, propane & butane plus gas processing and refinery related statistics and current events information

  • Prepare content that positions the service with oil companies, midstream companies, petrochemical producers, and downstream consumers

  • Lead the preparation of models, data sets and analytics for activities covering the NGL markets

  • Design and prepare content delivery tools that enhance client experience

  • Support preparation of content, analytical tools, and processes

  • Be a primary contact for systems development for upcoming services

  • Support and leverage intra-company expertise and content to support deliverables

You Have:
  • At least 5 years' relevant experience

  • Knowledge of the energy value chain and a proven ability to quickly gain an applied understanding of market dynamics

  • Experience modeling either refinery unit operation and/or gas processing units (preferred)

  • Experience clearly communicating and delivering complex content

  • Advanced skills in Python, Excel, PowerPoint, and manipulation of analytical tools such as databases, process documenting and business intelligence applications

  • Experience with data visualization applications, data analysis, and data modelling

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, Finance/Accounting, Information Systems Management, Data Science, or relevant discipline -OR- equivalent work experience

Pay Range: $75,000 - $95,000
