The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Manager to lead the development and implementation of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions to improve automation and orchestration across our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML and a proven track record of driving innovation and process improvements through the application of cutting-edge technologies.




Responsibilities:


• Lead the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions to automate and orchestrate business processes, improving efficiency, and reducing manual intervention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for AI/ML adoption and develop strategies for implementation
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, algorithms, and tools to support automation and orchestration
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML solutions with existing systems and processes
• Develop and maintain roadmaps for AI/ML capabilities, operations, and technologies
• Evaluate and recommend emerging AI/ML technologies to enhance capacity, performance, and reliability
• Ensure compliance with process-specific standards and policies, and stay abreast of process changes
• Utilize ServiceNow dashboards, tools, and techniques to report the status of AI/ML projects and initiatives
• Support measurement and reporting for weekly and monthly meetings and as required
• Identify areas for improvement in AI/ML practices and recommend solutions
• Manage end-to-end AI/ML projects that follow procedures, work instructions, and templates to support process execution
• Deliver briefings and training as required to leadership, individuals or teams across the program to ensure common understanding to meet objectives
• Ensure senior management are always informed of appropriate activities and issues (early and frequently)




Qualifications:

Required: 

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on automation and orchestration
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, tools, and technologies, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models, algorithms, and tools
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with agile project management methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions ​

  • Desired:

  • Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms, such as AWS Bedrock
  • Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$131,800 - $290,000
