- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field
- 7+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years of engineering management
- Proven ability to build and scale customer-facing products in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Good product sense with strong a track record of partnering effectively with Product, Design, and Analytics to shape user experiences
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially in working with non-technical stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into scalable solutions
- A passion for mentoring and growing engineers, and leading teams through change with clarity and empathy
- A bias for action and deep ownership—balancing high-level vision with attention to execution and details
