Hybrid workforce:
Experity offers Team Members the opportunity to work remotely or in an office. While this position allows remote work, we require Team Members to live within a commutable distance from one of our locations to ensure you are available to come into the office as needed.
Job Summary:
The Senior Data Analyst will interpret complex data sets, develop actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis techniques, strong proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of transforming data into strategic insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
- Develop and implement data models, statistical analyses, and data mining techniques to inform strategic decision-making.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
- Utilize tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to present data in a clear and actionable format.
- Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide insights that drive business strategy.
- Generate actionable recommendations based on data analysis to optimize processes, improve performance, and support business goals.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability by developing and implementing data quality checks and validation processes.
- Work with Data Governance teams to adhere to data standards and best practices across the organization.
- Partner with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and other team members to ensure data infrastructure supports analytical needs.
- Provide analytical support to various departments, assisting with data-driven projects and initiatives.
- Conduct advanced statistical analyses, predictive modeling, and other data science techniques to uncover deeper insights and forecast future trends.
- Explore new analytical methodologies and tools to enhance the organization's analytical capabilities.
- Document analytical processes, methodologies, and key findings to ensure knowledge sharing and transparency.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Travel:
- Ability to travel as needed.
Experience:
- Five years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills with experience in data modeling, forecasting, and predictive analytics.
- Experience with data querying, data wrangling, and working with large data sets.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree.
- Experience in the healthcare industry or other regulated environments.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
- Certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or related areas.
Maximum budgeted salary:
$108,000

- Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Software that healthcare providers use to input patient data, such as medical history, diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and test results.
- Patient Engagement (PE): Software that shows patients the wait times at various clinics, allows patients to reserve a spot in line if there's a wait, and book the appointment.
