We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our audience measurement team in our virtual office. Our measurement team is focused on adding value to our Podcast Metrics and Streaming Metrics digital audio measurement services. We provide credible, validated metrics that enable digital audio and podcast publishers to quantify their audience at global, national, and local levels.   Our goal is to improve our solutions to remain the global leader in measurement, ranking, and analytics in the digital audio industry, providing information and trends that benefit publishers and advertisers. To achieve this, we rely on our mastery of "Big data" technologies, the outstanding talent of our team and high-quality standards. The Role You will use your skills and experience to produce and deliver our monthly public ranker reports of the top podcasts and podcast networks, and the top audio streaming stations and publishers, in various countries and regions throughout the world.  Our Streaming and Podcast publications are widely read across the industry and are available here:https://tritonrankers.com/#rankers   https://www.tritondigital.com/resources/monthly-rankers/rankers-archive    The production of the monthly ranker reports includes monitoring, analysis, and investigation of various trends, working with the product and development teams.  This work will also help to ensure internal data quality, and to identify external factors that can affect listening metrics. Your Responsibilities:
  • Create monthly ranker reports for publication, following the proper process and ensuring that all reports are prepared accurately and on schedule. 
  • Investigate/research any suspicious or significant changes of trends in the data.
  • Participate in evolving our approach and tools to monitor the quality of our measurement metrics and other datasets.
  • Analyze data and report on listening trends and consumption habits.
  • Work in collaboration with the SVP of Strategy and the Product Manager on specific measurement initiatives. 
Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of data analysis experience.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with other data tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI.
  • Attentive to details and committed to always striving for customer satisfaction.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, organized and shows initiative.
  • Continuously striving to learn and develop
  • Excellent English communication skills required, French an asset
