The Role & Team:

We are looking for a sharp, self-starting, and highly experienced Analytics Analyst who can hit the ground running from day one. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise building dashboards and reports on Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics) and strong skills in complementary platforms such as Tableau, Excel, and Google Sheets.

You will work directly with senior leadership, to design, build, and deliver dashboards and reports that drive data-driven decision making. This is a high-visibility role that requires not only technical expertise but also business acumen, creativity, and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics).
  • Generate and automate reports and presentations for ELT, Board meetings, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop KPIs, metrics, and scorecards across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and other business functions.
  • Extract, transform, and analyze data from Salesforce and other systems; identify trends, anomalies, and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable reports and dashboards.
  • Manage ad hoc data requests and deliver concise, insightful analyses under tight deadlines.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across reports and dashboards.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data structures, and dashboard performance.
  • Present complex data findings in a clear and compelling manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience building dashboards in Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics)this is a must.
  • Strong proficiency with Tableau, Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query), and Google Sheets.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, reporting structures, and data relationships.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality outputs without training or ramp-up time.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; able to quickly synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to create Board-level presentations with high executive polish.
  • Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and a creative, critical thinker mindset.
  • Familiarity with data cleansing, ETL, and integration processes is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce administration or Salesforce certifications is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL or other data querying languages.
  • Exposure to other BI tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience working in SaaS, high-growth, or fast-paced environments.
