👋What are our wishes: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with a strong foundation in data engineering to join our dynamic team in the financial sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing and reviewing Power BI dashboard reports, providing insights and recommendations for additional visualizations, and consulting on data modeling strategies within our data lake to enhance scalability and performance. This role requires a robust understanding of financial data, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the financial sector.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation and optimization.
• Experience with data modeling and data lake architecture.
• Proficiency in ETL processes, particularly using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Synapse.
• Solid understanding of financial metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Proficient in SQL and data manipulation languages.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

Power BI Dashboard Optimization

• Review and improve existing Power BI dashboards for accuracy, clarity, and usability.
• Align dashboards with stakeholder reporting needs through effective visualizations.

Chart Enhancements

• Identify and recommend additional charts to enhance insights.
• Apply best practices in data storytelling and visualization.

Data Modeling

• Review and suggest improvements to current data models in the data lake.
• Work with data engineers to ensure models are scalable, efficient, and support analytics needs.

ETL Development

• Build and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Optimize data integration and pipeline performance with engineering teams.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze financial data to uncover trends and improvement areas.
• Present insights in a clear, actionable format for stakeholders.

Collaboration

• Work with teams across finance, IT, and BI to align data initiatives.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
