Work Management Data Analyst

Description:

ATCO Frontec is seeking a Work Management Data Analyst to join our RP North department. The Work Management Data Analyst is responsible for day-to-day work flow management and reporting. 

Where We Work and Live:

ATCO Frontec provides preventative and corrective maintenance services for our customers throughout The Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut. This position will be remote, with occasional travel to Yellowknife when required.

Responsibilities:

• Work Order Management – estimates and assignments, create and submit estimate as required
• Work Order Receiving – for all sites
• Quality Review for all Work Order Data in the CMSS until complete – reviewed daily for all sites
• Create Different Reports for the Client, Corporate ATCO and RP North Team
• Provide training on processes that are system related
• Continuously update and create process for continuous improvement for RP North.
• Provide Monthly Client Deliverables
• Asset Management
• Change order requests
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proficient using MS Office programs, including Outlook, Word and Excel Knowledge of CMMS systems
• Professional communication skills, oral, and written 
• Ability to prioritize and multitask 
• Work well under pressure
• Effectively solve problems
• Post-secondary education in accounting, finance or administration preferred
• 2+ years' experience in a supervisory accounting, finance, or accounts payable/receivable role
• Prior experience working with Oracle an asset
• Prior experience working with Kronos an asset
• Prior experience in Document Control an asset
• Prior experience working with a CMSS System would be an asset
