Power BI Engineer

Our client, a leading logistics company, is seeking an experienced Power BI Engineer to join their Data & BI team. The team is responsible for delivering advanced reporting and analytics solutions on top of Snowflake and Teradata platforms. This role involves developing interactive dashboards, optimizing data models, and driving insights from large-scale logistics datasets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver Power BI dashboards to meet business and analytics needs
• Develop and maintain efficient SQL and DAX queries
• Build and optimize data models for performance and clarity
• Manage complex analytics projects, ensuring delivery within time, scope, and quality targets
• Collaborate with stakeholders across regions in a global, multicultural environment
• Contribute to the team’s DevSecOps transformation, supporting best practices in automation and process efficiency
• Present data findings and visual insights to business users and leadership
• Work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines

Must-Have Requirements:
• Proven experience with Power BI and dashboard development
• Strong command of SQL and DAX
• Solid understanding of data modeling principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and in globally distributed teams
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Experience working in international/multicultural environments

Nice to Have:
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and/or Teradata
• Familiarity with DevOps / DevSecOps principles and culture
• Experience working in Agile development environments
