Location: Bratislava (Aupark Tower) – hybrid model (2–3 days/week in the office)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CET, full-time

About the Role

Are you passionate about artificial intelligence and data? Would you like to apply your analytical skills to real business challenges in a global organization?

We’re looking for a Data & AI Analyst to join our team and work on a blend of tasks including data analysis, dashboard creation, automation, and AI solution development.
This role also includes supporting a project focused on the verification of first invoices, including reading invoices in image/PDF form and evaluating their content using AI/ML techniques.
This is a unique opportunity to combine analytical thinking with hands-on AI innovation across multiple teams.

What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities

Data & AI Development & Integration (60%)

• Analyze and interpret business data to identify trends and support decision-making
• Create dashboards and reports using SQL and Power BI
• Automate recurring tasks using Python and AI tools
• Develop AI-driven solutions such as forecasting, segmentation, chatbots, and workflow optimization
• Design and implement solutions for invoice verification, including automated reading and content extraction from scanned or image-based invoices (using OCR and NLP tools)
• Work with technologies like ChatGPT, AutoML, LangChain, Tesseract OCR, Azure Form Recognizer, or similar

Research, AI Strategy & Adoption (30%)

• Stay up to date on AI/ML trends and recommend practical solutions
• Support AI adoption across the organization and help train users
• Work on proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives for new AI use cases
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define and deliver data/AI-driven business value

Collaboration & Independent Work (10%)

• Lead or independently deliver tasks related to AI integration into existing systems
• Ensure solutions are aligned with both technical requirements and business objectives

Who You Are – Requirements

Education & Experience

• Background in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, Business Analytics, or similar
• Hands-on experience with data analytics and/or AI development projects
• Proficiency in:
•   - SQL and Power BI for data querying and visualization
•   - Python (especially pandas, scikit-learn, etc.)
•   - OCR/NLP tools for document processing (e.g., Tesseract, Azure Cognitive Services, Hugging Face models)
• Experience with LLMs, AI APIs, and chatbot frameworks is a strong plus
• Strong attention to detail, structured working style
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
