As Enterprise Reference Data Product Owner, VP you will be responsible for;

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee the lifecycle of enhancements to existing data domains in MDM as well as the creation of new data domains, from concept through launch and iteration via SDLC framework for a Kanban team.
  • Manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans to ensure timely delivery based on agreed upon timelines
  • Gather and analyze stakeholder feedback and demand for inclusion in the roadmap to drive prioritization based on business need or regulatory requirements  
  • Host regular planning sessions with Kanban team to address any release planning challenges and evaluate team capacity.
  • Support annual budget process, providing full backlog analysis for business justification and prioritization.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, operations and solution teams and business stakeholders.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable product specifications
  • Communicate the progress, risks, and impacts of technology (ERP/MDM) enhancements and requests to all key stakeholders

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with business, development and operations teams to ensure successful product development and delivery
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and data-driven decision-making across the organization

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/MIS/Computer Science or equivalent work experience to substitute for education);
  • 10-15 years of product management/ demand management/ financial /financial services industry is required
  • Detailed knowledge of reference data including legal entity data is a plus.

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $187,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
