We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, with expertise in SQL, ETL processes, Databricks, Azure DevOps, Data Vault, Business Vault, Azure Data Factory (ADF), data transformation, data modeling, data analysis, Data quality checks and developing data marts.

What are the tasks you will perform

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes.

• Utilize Databricks and Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data integration and transformation.

• Implement Data Quality (DQ) Framework, develop DQ checks.

• Implement and manage Data Vault and Business Vault architecture.

• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.

• Perform data modeling and create data marts to support business intelligence and analytics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data processes.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data engineers.

What we expect from you

• 8 to 15+ years of experience.

• Proficiency in SQL and ETL processes, Python, Databricks, or other DWH.

• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD process.

• Knowledge of Data Vault and Business Vault methodologies.

• Expertise in Azure Data Factory and data transformation techniques.

• Solid understanding of data modeling and data analysis.

• Proven experience in developing data marts and reports.

What is the hiring process with us like

We want to be efficient, so you will have one screening phone call with Petra (Talent Acquisition Partner), followed by one - two round of interviews.
