XUMO is looking for an experienced & driven Senior Data Analyst to join our team. Reporting directly to the Analytics Director, this role is pivotal in delivering impactful, data-informed insights across our core business areas—including Xumo Stream Box, Xumo TV, and the Xumo Play App.As a Senior Analyst, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with leaders in Business Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing to uncover trends, evaluate KPIs, and translate complex data into actionable strategies. Responsibilities include measuring the impact of new products and features, optimizing business processes through A/B testing, and segmenting customers to uncover opportunities for differentiated engagement. This role will also include performing deep-dive analyses to identify drivers of key business trends, and developing frameworks to support upsell initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a deep expertise in the analytics discipline, independently prioritizes work, and serves as a resource and mentor to less experienced colleagues.

Position is office based in Irvine, CA or Philadelphia, PA- 4 days/week & 1 day/week remote.
Core Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal Xumo stakeholders across Business Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing to understand KPI trends, test and analyze data, and develop technical requirements.
- Use various data analytics techniques (creating SQL queries, utilizing BI platforms like Looker & Tableau, building excel workbooks, etc.) to build/maintain dashboards, generate business insights, and evaluate key company initiatives.
- Support and communicate data insights & reporting with effective narrative-driven presentations across all Xumo Lines of Business, including Xumo TV, Xumo Stream Box, as well as the Xumo Play App.
- Perform data user acceptance testing & quality checks on raw event data to evaluate how best to utilize data to inform platform decisions.
- Promotes and evangelizes a culture of excellence, data driven discussions, healthy skepticism, intellectual curiosity, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.
- Stays current with the video streaming industry, as well as new emerging trends in data analytics.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Primary Location Pay Range: $87,174.77 - $130,762.15Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
